L-05360<\/strong> \u2014 Class A lottery scheme licence issued by the R\u00e9gie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ), valid from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027.<\/p>\n

3. Type of draw<\/h2>\n

Percentage-prize draw (“50\/50”): the winner receives 50% of the total gross revenue<\/strong> from ticket sales. The other 50% is kept by the organization for the charitable purposes in its licence application.<\/p>\n

4. Number of tickets offered<\/h2>\n

Limited by a $20,000 gross-revenue cap<\/strong> (Class A). Sequential numbers are pre-established in a finite, dated pool of 32,000 numbers<\/strong> before any sale; sales end upon reaching the cap or exhausting the pool, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n

5. Ticket price<\/h2>\n

Sold individually or in packages (firm prices, no discount): 1 ticket $3 \u00b7 10 tickets $10 \u00b7 30 tickets $25 \u00b7 80 tickets $50.<\/p>\n

6. Place and dates of sale<\/h2>\n

Online only<\/strong>: the Expo Lachute Fair website (https:\/\/expolachutefair.com), from the start of sales until the draw \u2014 or until the $20,000 cap is reached, whichever comes first. No counter or kiosk sales.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sales are reserved for persons located in Quebec and 18 years of age or older<\/strong> (s. 37). The buyer provides name, address and phone number, kept in the registry with their sequential number (s. 39).<\/p>\n

7. Place, date and time of the draw<\/h2>\n

The draw will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.<\/strong>, or as soon as the $20,000 cap is reached if earlier<\/strong>, at the Expo Lachute Fair site, Lachute (Quebec)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

8. Multiple prizes<\/h2>\n

Not applicable<\/strong>: a single prize (the 50\/50 pot).<\/p>\n

9. Total value \/ percentage of gross revenue<\/h2>\n

The single prize equals 50% of gross revenue<\/strong> (\u2248 $10,000 at the $20,000 cap). The exact amount is announced before the draw (s. 43) and shown on the site counter.<\/p>\n

10. Brief description of the prize<\/h2>\n

Single cash prize: 50% of gross revenue<\/strong>, paid by cheque or transfer.<\/p>\n

11. How and where to claim<\/h2>\n

The winner is contacted at the registry details. They must show they are at least 18 and prove their identity<\/strong> (s. 44). Claims to Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d’agriculture du comt\u00e9 d’Argenteuil, 399 rue Gougeon, Lachute (Quebec).<\/p>\n

12. Claim period<\/h2>\n

Sixty (60) days<\/strong> after the draw; failing this, a new winner is drawn (s. 45).<\/p>\n

13. Progressive-jackpot draw<\/h2>\n

  • Payment collected, an already-existing sequential number<\/strong> is automatically assigned; the buyer\/number registry is kept (s. 39). The site generates no number<\/strong> and does not select<\/strong> the winner.<\/li>\n
  • The number is emailed and shown on the order confirmation.<\/li>\n
  • Winner selection<\/strong>: manual<\/strong> draw, in public before \u2265 3 witnesses or recorded\/broadcast on video (s. 42).<\/li>\n
  • Publication<\/strong>: the winning number will be published on https:\/\/expolachutefair.com<\/strong> after the draw.<\/li>\n
